Flight trip to Salt Lake City set.
3 days skiing (4th optional),
3 nights double occupancy at Red Lion hotel, downtown SLC,
all airport transfers and taxes… $639

• You can add a 4th day of skiing simply by booking the 725am flt out of Tucson on 2/14. This will get you into SLC by 9am. Us die-hards will leave immediately from the airport and ski at Alta. With any luck we should be on the slopes by 10:30! It is only an additional cost of $52.  Sorry: the Fly in/ Ski free program is not available after Feb. 9.
• If you are not interested in skiing on the 14th, you can choose from flights all day long, from mid-day to late afternoon departure. Just let us know what you want.
• Included in your ticket are free Utah transit bus rides up to the ski resorts. So, if you want, you can pay nothing for ground transport. HOWEVER, Skiman is going to arrange our own rental cars for our group. The buses are free, but they are a pain, to be blunt. You will take forever to get to/from the resorts. For a small amount, we will rent cars for those in the group that do not want to hassle with the buses. Your call, but trust Skiman on this: you would be better of with your own wheels. Details of this will be worked out later.
• UGENTLY IMPORTANT: The airline tickets are a good price right now, are perfect times, and are nonstop from Tucson or Phoenix. However, we cannot reserve any of these seats. They must be paid for at time of booking. So it is URGENT  that you commit as soon as possible so we can get your air for you NOW!  If you wait, the air deal will vaporize and the tickets will be much more expensive. There are only 25 or so seats on the flights we want available as of 12/26… We really need to move FAST!
• THE PLAN? If you want to go, call or email us immediately! After going over the details, if you decide you want to go, we will purchase your air for you right away. We are doing the honor system with this. Skiman trusts your word and will purchase your air before he receives your 350.00 deposit.  He will just pay for your ticket w/out your funds. ( See what a great guy Skiman is!).  Time is of the essence. We want to nail the flights down immediately. So, once you send us an email stating you are good to go, you will be committed to paying us 350 bucks. That is the deal.
• SINGLE OCCUPANCY? Add $116 if you want your own room for the entire trip.
• Want a ROOM MATE? We cannot guarantee you a room mate. But if you request one, we will try to procure one for you. But no guarantees! You have to be willing to pay the single supplement upgrade in case we cannot get you a mate.
• Deposit: $350 NOW!  We need to buy your air outright.
• ONCE WE GET 15 PEOPLE COMMITTED ON THE AIR, the trip is a go. We will then purchase the air for the first 15 signed up.
• Refunds: none, zero, nada… All you will get back if you cancel after making your deposit is an airline ticket good for a year.
• LOGISTICAL DIFFICULTIES: Skiman is putting this deal together just now (12/26) because the snow has fallen a lot in SLC and the air deal just opened up. It is not the best timing, as we will be out of the office from 12/27 to Jan. 2 , up in Canada with a group. But we wanted to get the word out even though we won’t be in the office. We will still get our phone messages and get our emails. Best thing is to send us a message via our contact form.
