Important: These are the lowest fares and cannot be guaranteed until you have made an initial $25 deposit. At that time, we can make your required reservation and will attempt to get the lowest fare as shown above. However, if the lower fare is unavailable, there will be an increase in your add-on cost which we will advise you of. This is a big reason to get your deposit in ASAP! The sooner we can make your reservation, the better your chances of getting the best domestic add-on fares.
If there is any way to do this, do it! It is a great value and you will have a grand time. To calculate the cost of doing both ski weeks, simply take the cost of each base ski week which reflects your hotel choice. Add the two package prices together. Add your U.S. domestic air add-on fee for your gateway departure city (if applicable). Then, subtract $400 from the total, which reflects the air savings on the second week.
You can stay in Europe on your own after any ski week or extension, based on availability of return air. There is a $150 airline fee charged to break out of the group ticket to do this.

It is up to you. From the time your check is sent in, all of your deposited monies are protected at that point. You can purchase the insurance at any time AS LONG AS IT IS PURCHASED BEFORE OR AT TIME OF FINAL PAYMENT. Be advised: if you wait, your deposited monies are not covered until insurance is purchased.
Purchasing cancellation insurance is YOUR choice. We can only tell you that after seeing all the benefits and all the tens of thousands of dollars that have been saved by our clients and our own family over the past 11 years, we buy it for ourselves every time. We even buy it when Lynn and I go to Europe in the summer on our scouting trips. It is just a good thing to have. If you need it, you'll be glad you bought it. If you bought it and don't use it, you'll be happy because nothing happened that facilitated its use. It is a win-win situation.
