Snow Basin, a resort near Ogden, offers great terrain, no lift lines, and awesome lifts. We will spend a day there for sure.
Flexibility on dates/ duration: If you cannot make all 4 nights, you can customize this tour and amend the dates on either end of the trip. Just let us know what you would like to do and we will explain your options.
Lodging: Four star Comfort Inn downtown is a wonderful property. Only a few years old, the rooms are first class, the hot tub is fab, and the location (right next to restaurants and clubs) cannot be beat for convenience. A complimentary daily breakfast and afternoon happy hour is included.
Single occupancy upgrade: $169 single upgrade for the 4 night stay. If you would like a room mate, we can attempt to provide a same-sex room mate for you to save you this single upgrade. We cannot guarantee but usually we have success.
Skiing: Four possible ski days with 3 lift passes included in the package (4th optional). We will ski Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. Subject to change depending on conditions. 
Transportation included: Transfers to/from the airport to the hotel on both ends of the tour are included. Transport to/from the ski resort is included in rental vehicles. There is free transport to/from the resorts, but it it cumbersome and takes a long time with many stops. It costs a bit more to do your own transportation, but it is the way to go and worth it. We have built a rental car component into the trip. If the final costs of the rental vehicles is more or less than our guesstimate, then the difference per person will be sorted out at the end of the tour. Gas for the vehicles is not included and this cost will be calculated at the end of the tour and paid by all participants. It should be nominal.
Air: No block air included in this price. We will have people coming from different cities and some will be traveling on differing dates. We are asking everyone who decides to go to contact us. We can find out what your air needs are on an individual basis and get the air you need for the best price.Or you can do it yourself.
Deposits: $200 initial deposit is due at time of booking. The final payment for the trip is due 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation penalties: After initial deposit it made, the penalty is $200 plus the penalties assessed by the airline that issues your ticket. After final payment is made, cancellation penalty is $200 plus any cancellation penalties assessed by the hotel, the airlines, or any other service provider associated with the tour.
Sweet hot tub at our hotel is sure nice at the end of the day.
What to do: To get into the mix, contact us as soon as possible. We need to get your air. Again: we are not holding air this year for our tours. It is better for our skiers to book the air individually. The sooner you book the better chance of getting your air at a good rate.
