The travel

The Ride is a great resort and a fab ski town in a stunning setting. It is pricey for the average bear, but our package is a screaming deal. The whole tour price is not much more than the cost of a 3 day pass if purchased as an individual. This trip has it all: great mountain, great price , great town.

The Hotel

Mtnside Inn Hotel / condos

You can stay 2 per room in the Mountainside Village or you can stay in a 4 person condo. Both properties are next to each other and are a stone throw away from the lift. Hot tub on premises.

Roommate note

Many single people want double occupancy but are signing up solo for the tour. We will attempt to assign you a same-sex room mate who is in the same situation, at your request.While we will do our best to match you with a room mate, it must be understood that anyone signing up as a single is responsible for the single supplement unless a room mate is found. All cancellation charges and other provisions of the booking agreement would still apply.

Credit Card

You may use a credit card for any or all deposits. However, prices are based on cash payment to our wholesalers, so there is a 3% surcharge on any amount you charge. This will be added to the amount due on your tour. You must fill out Credit Card Form and fax or mail in for each deposit made on a credit card.

Minimum number of participants

If number of participants falls below 30, there MAY be an added charge of $ 25.00 per person per tour. This is not anticipated but it is a condition of the tour.

Cancellation penalty policy

You can cancel a reservation for a tour anytime before a tour starts. Following penalties will be withdrawn:

after Jan 15th 2010 (Date of initial payment)	25%	Percent penalty of your individual total price when cancelling a reservation after a certain date.
after Mar 11th 2010 (Date of final payment)	70%
